Genuine manufacturing faults
Like any New Zealand retailer, we stand behind what we sell. If a garment has a genuine manufacturing fault, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply. Send us the details and a photo if you can, and we'll put it right — repair, replacement or another remedy as appropriate.
What this doesn't cover
