We want you in the right gear. Our team is happy to help with sizing and colours before you order — please check our size guides or ask if you're unsure.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, we'll issue store credit (not a cash refund), provided the item is returned within 10 days of delivery, unworn with all tags and packaging intact and in resalable condition, with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your cost. Sale and clearance items, and specially ordered, bulk or group-buy products, can't be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 always apply. If an item is faulty, not as described, or we've sent you the wrong product, email us at sales@medicaluniforms.co.nz as soon as you notice, with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, and we cover return postage on faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds & credit

Approved refunds (faulty items) go to your original payment method; change-of-mind store credit is issued as a credit code. Both are processed within 2–5 business days of us receiving the item.
