To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are sent out of Auckland, New Zealand.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days with rural, public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, this can take longer, depending on the shipping option, location and payment option you chose. We strive to complete all orders received as soon as possible.

P.O. Boxes
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.
International Delivery
We ship to Australia. A flat rate of $45 applies for Australia (subject to size-dependent adjustments for large orders). For other regions, please contact us directly for a tailored shipping quote.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are listed on each product page:
- In-stock items: Shipped the next working day, delivered within 2–3 days North Island, 3-4 days South Island.
- Out-of-stock items: Allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
