A: We don't impose a strict limit on the number of samples you can request. However, we do recommend discussing your specific needs with your Team Member to ensure you receive a manageable selection.

A: No, we provide free shipping for samples to New Zealand businesses as part of our commitment to offering a hassle-free sample service.

Q: Can I keep any of the samples and buy them?
A: Of course you can.  Just return any samples you are not keeping and pay the value remaining on your sample invoice.

Q: Can I request samples for different sizes to ensure a perfect fit?

Q: What happens if a sample is not available in the color I want?
A: If a sample is not available in your desired color, your Team Member will work with you and send the style you requested in another colour, or recommend similar products that may meet your color preferences.
