We want you in the right gear. Our team is happy to help with sizing and colours before you order. Please check our size guides or email us if you're unsure.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, return the item within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact and in resalable condition, with proof of purchase, and we'll give you store credit for the full value. We don't give cash refunds for change of mind. Return postage is at your cost.
Need a different size or colour? Return it for store credit and reorder. Shipping on your new order is free.
These items can't be returned for change of mind:
- Sizes 3XL and above (including Jaanuu 3X): these are ordered in specially for you.
- Sale and clearance items.
- Specially ordered, bulk or group-buy products.
- Embroidered, monogrammed or otherwise customised items.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 always apply, whatever the size or item. As the Commerce Commission explains, if a fault is minor the retailer can choose to repair, replace or refund the item within a reasonable time; if the fault is substantial or can't be fixed in a reasonable time, you can ask for a refund or a replacement.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or we've sent you the wrong product, email us at hello@medicaluniforms.co.nz as soon as you notice, with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, and we cover return postage on faulty or incorrect items.
How to return
Email hello@medicaluniforms.co.nz with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds & credit
Change-of-mind returns receive store credit, issued as a credit code. Refunds for faulty or incorrect items go to your original payment method. Both are processed within 2–5 business days of us receiving the item.
